Description Edit

A few sights and sounds from the crash scene 17 hours after the crash.

The freight train with the 2 SD70ACe's at the lead were traveling westbound at a pretty good pace. At the same time, on the same track for some reason there was a shorter freight train being pushed eastbound (locomotives at the west end of the train) and when the two met (about midnight last night) you can see what happened. It was a mess.

There are some pretty good photos on my flickr that show the locomotives on top of the train they hit only a few hours after the accident.

Lots of photos on my flickr page, address at the end of the video.
