A few sights and sounds from the crash scene 17 hours after the crash.
The freight train with the 2 SD70ACe's at the lead were traveling westbound at a pretty good pace. At the same time, on the same track for some reason there was a shorter freight train being pushed eastbound (locomotives at the west end of the train) and when the two met (about midnight last night) you can see what happened. There are some pretty good photos on my flickr that show the locomotives on top of the train they hit only a few hours after the accident.
Lots of photos on my flickr page, address at the end of the video.
